One of your agents came on the 23 December to take photos of the house we are renting. I would like a email address to forward the photos an videos I have taken of how she left our house. The total disrespect is amazing. The house was not left in the same condition. Tooth brushes was left on the floor next to the toilet. Car and house keys was left in the wash basin in the kitchen..... Everything was moved around. According to my kids she brought her own props for the photos which is an insult on it's own towards me and my wife.
I just want to thank Rain for once again not disappointing when it comes to service delivery. I am still waiting on the call I was promised on Thursday before end of business.
I tried to sort out the issue. 7 debit orders was taken from my account, same amount, same service provider. I tried to contact them to reverse them without any success. I never authorized anything. I want them reversed ASAP

I do understand the concern with cancelation due to non payment. For a very long time I was under UGE financial stress and almost lost everything. The one thing I do not understand is the amount of claims that l, according to the agent was paid. He mentioned more than 300k in claims was paid. While I was with Discovery Insure I claim twice, one for a bump to my VW kombi and that was ages ago, I think about 14 years ago, and then again for a LG mobile phone. I think you actually replaced the phone because it could not be fixed. Before that I only had a claim, again for a bump in my Renault Scenic, which at that time was insured with M&F. That was about 18 years ago. Any how, I requested a detailed set out of all my claims adding up to the more that R300k and till today did not receive anything. They approved my wife for a mobile contract, deducted the money for the first month as well as the courier from her account. It is almost two weeks, no phone has been delivered and they do not get back to her. *****s if you ask me.
I bought a large chips from the Wellington branch. Unfortunately I opened it only when I got home. McDonalds's happy meal's chippies would have been more. I do have photos but the website do not have the option to upload it.
I've applied for life cover with 1 Life. After everything was done and the policy was accepted and the first premium was paid I was supose to recieve the smart watch. I was suposed to be contacted not more than 5 days after the successful debit order. It is almost time for the second debit order and to date no one has contacted my. I've sent numerous emails without success.
My wife rented a car from Avis from 22/01/2019 till 31/01/2019. The rental price was R 2 978.12 plus an additional deposit. After the rental period expired she extended it three more times. When you look at the website the daily rate for the Yaris she drove is just over R 500 but each time there was a debit taken from her account of more than R 900. When we queried it Avis just said that it was extra deposit. When we returned the car it was cleaner than when we picked it up, however we did not fill the tank again and we where aware of that extra charge. The thing is that when we received our deposit refund it was for the original deposit paid on 22/01/2019 less the fuel. What about the deposits taken with extension on 30/01, 01/02 & 06/02? When I contacted Avis in Paarl they where very helpfull up to the point where they could not answer that question for me.
Hi Eloise There is still nothing on the parts for my mother's Kwid. This is now beyond the point of ridiculous. The claim was registered end of July already and the car is still not fixed. Renault did not complain when she bought it cash at the end of last year, was very happy to take her money. You flooded the market with those cars and can not provide backup. I feel like insisting on a refund for the car and let Renault sort out the problem itself, because they are doing it on their own time anyway. I await you r urgent response Stiaan **********
