Faulty Display Stand - hurt no help
I was hurt while looking at cards. The card display turnstile fell on me and cards flew everywhere. No one came to help me. A shopper outside came to assist. While trying to pick it up which was difficult a shop person came as I was balancing the display. The display had a wheel missing. I have a bruised leg and hand. Disgusting

I have just paid to join and received login details that don't work. I have no way of getting in contact with them although they send emails to ask me to join which I have. The email address must be a no reply address. THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad experience
I would like to share my experience with you all. I used a business called Clear Fix Electrical which has been changed again to LLoyds Electrical Appliance Sales & Repairs. It is run by Lloyd Zinyama. He came to fix my Dishwasher last year and I paid him R950 for a part he said I needed. Long story short, It took 4 months to finally get my money back as he could not get the part. He told me he had taken the thermostat out of the machine so he could buy a new one. He then told me he could not get the part. Eventually after 4 months of calls he gave the money back. I asked him to bring my old part back too. That took another month. An LG repairer came to fix the dishwasher yesterday. The part Lloyd gave me back was for a washing machine and wait for it, he never even took my thermostat out of the dishwasher. There was nothing wrong with it, the valves were blocked. So all I was charged was a call out fee. So please be aware. (Before posting this I did ask the police if it was okay. I am just talking about an experience.

Ranch furniture too offs
I have had it. Nearly 8 months since they brought out units without locks which were paid for and cupboard doors falling off. They day they are coming but never arrive. How can I report the company and get the work they promised done? Help, please.

RANCH FURNITURE NO CUSTOMER CARE
Hi Please make sure you never use this company. We ordered funiture and it was delivered but the cupboard doors are falling off and the locks that were promised in the units were never put in. They were happy to take our money but will not come out to fix the units. There is only one person you can contact and her name is Marjorie. ********** , ********** . She keeps telling me her guys will be here tomorrow and it has been tomorrow for 6 months, every week. They are supposed to be here today and her phone as promised yet again but her phone is off again. Please do not use these people they are unreliable and when it counts her phone is off. Useless.

Vumatel turnaround time non existent!!!!! Still waiting for the so called HEROES!!!!!!!!
I have a big complaint about Vumatel. Their service is as bad as Telkom. I'm still waiting for them way after their 48 hour turnaround time. They called yesterday at 2.20 pm to say they were on their way to my house and I said I'd be there in 15 minutes. They didn't wait. They never came back. I tried to call complaints and guess what, that person is unavailable. I am still waiting for that so called Vuma Hero a day later. What a joke!!!!
