I have had it. Nearly 8 months since they brought out units without locks which were paid for and cupboard doors falling off. They day they are coming but never arrive. How can I report the company and get the work they promised done? Help, please.

Hi Please make sure you never use this company. We ordered funiture and it was delivered but the cupboard doors are falling off and the locks that were promised in the units were never put in. They were happy to take our money but will not come out to fix the units. There is only one person you can contact and her name is Marjorie. ********** , ********** . She keeps telling me her guys will be here tomorrow and it has been tomorrow for 6 months, every week. They are supposed to be here today and her phone as promised yet again but her phone is off again. Please do not use these people they are unreliable and when it counts her phone is off. Useless.

On the 25 of April 2017, I phoned Ranch Furniture (Marjorie) in Potchefstroom, to enquire about their sitting room furniture. The reason I phoned them, previously in 2002, I also order furniture from them, it was 15 years back, I received good customer service at that time. When I talked to Ranch Furniture, I asked very clearly, 2 times, if I order furniture from them, will it be possible for them to deliver in Bloemfontein, without any problems. Marjorie assured me that there will be no problem at all, with the delivery in Bloemfontein. On 28 April 2017, I made the full payment of my order, Ranch Furniture told me that the production will be between 4 to 6 weeks. The 6 weeks expired on 6 June 2017. On the 19th of June 2017, I've send an e-mail to Marjorie, to asked if my order was done/ready for delivery. she didn't respond to my mail. I phoned her on 20 June 2017. She told me that they will deliver it by the end of the following week (30 June 2017) Delivery didn't happen, On 3 July 2017 I phoned her again, she told me that her workers didn't show up for work, she will arrange for that week, 7 July '17. Also didn't happen. The Monday of 10 July I phoned Marjorie again! Her excuse this time was, that her workers have another job in Klerksdorp. Then I made the order for the bed set and told her that she then must keep the sitting room set on hold, till the bed set was finished, because then it will be only 1 delivery fee. I asked her, how long it will be take to finish that order, Marjorie told me 2 weeks. That same day, I made a payment of 50% of the total amount for the bed set. The final outstanding amount I made op 27 July '17. The 2 weeks for that order also already expired. From that date I phoned her weekly on a regular basis, to confirm delivery date, with no success. Her excuses was everytime, she struggle to arrange a delivery verchile from a 3 party or the trailer she arranged was too small. On 18 August '17, again I phoned, her story was, she will phone me back, she was on her way to pick up her kids at school, she never phoned back. On the 19 August '17, Marjorie send me a mail, that the delivery will be defiatly on Friday 25th August '17, she already arrange with her driver, she will inform me when he leave Potchefstroom. On 24 August '17, I phoned her to confirm the delivery the next day, because I must arrange time off at my work, then Marjorie story was, that the person who was supposed to do delivery, send his vehicle for a service, se will phone me.....never happened that day. So the Friday, 25 August '17 come and go. My furniture are still not deliver. I send her a sms and mail yesterday, 28 August '17. She did not respond to anything. All the time, her excuses differs from, workers didn't show up for work, they strike, projects in other towns, first trailer she arrange was to small, vehicle in for service. It is now from my first order 4 months and second order, nearly 2 months. Please help me! The total amount I paid to Ranch Furniture in Potchefstroom is R 35 658.00.

<p>We have ordered a dinning room set in Oct 2016, which was only suppose to take 4 weeks to</p> <p>make. 2 Weeks ago the set where collected from Ranch Furn.in Potchefstroom. We stay in Lydenburg Mpumalanga. At first we were quoted R960 for transport which thereafter became R2400 exl vat.</p> <p>The transport company contacted me yesterday 01/03/2017 the set was in Malelane as arranged and then with their first trip to Lydenburg they will deliver.</p> <p>Anton of Transport Decor send me images of the set and advised me to not pay the monies left this set is not varnished, the grout between the stone top looked like thick pieces of dough the wooden edges is cracked.</p> <p>After I informed the owner and I have send her the Images se said that I must look for someone here that can do repairs on furniture she will pay for it. She also said the truck maybe shook the furniture so hard during transport that the damages was caused during transport. If you see the images you will also disagree with her.</p> <p>I did not buy furniture for it to get restored, we have been paying up till now R7350-00 (4500 dep) and R2850 transport.</p> <p>I want a full refund, we have been waiting since Oct 2016 up and till now and this is the end product. <p>i bought a couch in 2008 from Ranch Furniture in Potchefstroom, then last year i have asked them to do for me same couch, what they did was a just disaster of what i have asked for, i have complained to them and they did picked it up on January 2016 to reconstruct to what i have asked for, even now they have been sending me from pillar to post to return nor send the picture of it.</p>

My sleeper couch broke on 7 June 2015, within 6 months after purchase. The couch broke on a knot in the wood, and |Marjorie promised to replace it.<br> <br> Still waiting.<br> <br> She has a terrible attitude, and keeps on telling lies about why the couch is not ready yet.<br> <br> <br> Please people stay away from this waste of space...

I paid Ranch Meubels R3,410.00 up front to refurbish and carry out minor repairs to a pool table in May of this year. The work carried out was unsatisfactory, so they collected the table 2 months ago and transported it to their workshop in Potchefstroom. My husband has been in continuous contact with Marjorie concerning the return of the table, but to no avail. it has been 4 months since they received payment

I ordered a coffee table from the above supplier, paid the full outstanding amount plus a R300 delivery fee with my order on 10 June 2015, the past two weeks, they promised to deliver but as to date no delivery was made to my address - they do not even bother to contact me, I do all the contacting and every time there is a new excuse of why my table has not been delivered as yet. It looks as if something fishy is going on, but I am tired of their excuses and do not know what to do any more.
