They send offers which you cannot resist, but when you take them up on that offers, you are rejected, even if you are an existing client. I will never even consider making any investment with them, I do not think your money will be safe.
Bad bad service. Our account is R50 in credit, but our service has been disconnected this morning. Received an sms saying that we must pay the R50 to be re-connected, , although all the decoders shows active on the Dstv App. Can you believe this? It seems that Multichoice employ the most incompetent people ever. When you phone in, you get a story from the operator, and when you talk to another operator, you hear another story. I hope some action can be taken to address these problems, they are stealing from us. Elize Olivier
I have put I a notice to close a 32 day deposit account at the Nedbank branch in Sasolburg who sent it through to their head office on 11 Feb 2016, from where they have to handle the payout on 13 March 2016 - now I found that the date loaded on the system is 23 March 2016 and I find that totally unacceptable, why do I have to wait 42 days in stead of 32 days for the payout now? this is ridiculous!
I closed my investment account at Nedbank and requested for the balance to be paid out, when I was informed by Nedbank that I will have to wait 32 days for the payout, which I find unacceptable. It is my money and they have no right to hold it back! Bad customer service.
IEMAS ONLY PAID OUT PART OF THE MONEY DUE TO ME AFTER MY FIRST COMPLAINT, THERE IS ABOUT HALF OF THE AMOUNT STILL OUTSTANDING AND I FIND THAT UNACCEPTABLE, THEY CANNOT JUST TAKE MY MONEY AS THEY PLEASE.
LOAN APPLICATION DECLINED, RECEIVED MANY PHONE CALLS TO TAKE UP A LOAN, CLIENT FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS, NEVER MISSED AN INSTALMENT, PAID OFF LAST LOAN IN UNDER 12 MONTHS, TERM WAS 4 YEARS, ONLY WANT TO BORROW R5000, CUSTOMER SERVICES NOT UP TO STANDARD, DISCRIMINATION AGAINST OLD CLIENTS.
I HAVE BEEN RETRENCHED BY MY EMPLOYER AT THE END OF MARCH 2015 AND ALONG WITH THAT, I CLEARED ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH IEMAS AND COMPLETE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO TERMINATE MY MEMBERSHIP. THE AMOUNT AT THAT STAGE IN MY RESERVE FUND ACCOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY IEMAS DEBT AND I PAID THE BALANCE WITH MY RETRENCHMENT PAYOUT. AS IT IS IEMAS'S YEAR END IN AUGUST, I ONLY RECEIVED RESERVE FUND FIGURES UP TO AUGUST. AS I ONLY TERMINATE MY MEMBERSHIP IN MARCH 2015, RESERVE FUND MONEY FOR THE PERIOD SEP 2014 UNTIL MARCH 2015 WAS STILL DUE TO ME AND I WAS PROMPTED TO COMPLETE DOCUMENTS AGAIN, WHICH I DID ON 2 DEC 2015 AND I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY BALANCE PAYOUT IN JANUARY 2016. I FOLLOWED UP TODAY, 5 FEB 2016, AND WAS TOLD THAT I WILL ONLY RECEIVE MY PAYOUT IN MAY THIS YEAR, WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME, BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL ONLY RECEIVE THE BALANCE WITHOUT ANY INTEREST IN MAY. IT LOOKS LIKE IEMAS POCKET THE INTEREST RECEIVED AND THE MEMBERS MUST JUST ACCEPT IT LIKE THAT. PLEASE ASSIST.
I ordered a coffee table from the above supplier, paid the full outstanding amount plus a R300 delivery fee with my order on 10 June 2015, the past two weeks, they promised to deliver but as to date no delivery was made to my address - they do not even bother to contact me, I do all the contacting and every time there is a new excuse of why my table has not been delivered as yet. It looks as if something fishy is going on, but I am tired of their excuses and do not know what to do any more.
