WORSE STAY IN DURBAN THE OCEANIC HOTEL
WORSE STAY IN DURBAN THE OCEANIC,TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DANGEROUS On the 14th of october I and my family the Mkhize's had booked in at The Oceanic Hotel Durban I am extremely unhappy with the stay as I experienced the worse stay,there were people at the pool area whom were extremely intoxicated and hurt our kids,i actually needed to get medical assistance,there were no less than 17 people in one tiny room on our floor (third floor) with doors open music been to loud and alcohol bottles everywhere. We even left early as what was to be a quite enjoyable weekend turned into a nightmare, when we contacted reception they said the police were been called for these people and what shocked me most was they were apparently VIP s from the SAME company. I waited over two weeks for The Oceanic to give me a contact person to call and get no feed back. I wonder how such people were allowed to behave in the barbaric way they did. I hope this is taken further and more people are not found victim to a holiday turning into a disaster .
