I bought a ring December 15th 2023 at jey west mall , just in less than a month the ring changed shape and was sque. I then took it to sterns the 27th January 2024and they took it in to the workshop now they are telling me the quote it's one thousand Rands and something. I should pay the what about the warranty cause I did nothing to the ring.
I opened an account with Standard Bank one personal account account November 2019 and two business account February 2023. When receiving my cards I never authorized for taping and on my person one I have never used that option, with the business I was just surprised last at licensing department when the lady assisting never asked me to enter my pin. Their payments are through debits orders, they debited for December month on the 17th December 2022 come January I received calls saying I'm owing, I than told the lady I'm not owing it was paid for and she apologized and few days my internet was suspended I call and later provide proof of payment which was my bank statement. January 15th they didn't debit and they suspended my account like really, I called them they apologized and said they will investigate and connected me back now before the next debit no call nothing but I'm disconnected again. That's so bad thinking that we are supporting black developing businesses but no we are taken for a ride paying R499 a month.
I have taken a loan with your bank, when VBS approached SATAWU and they had an agreement of SATAWU staff taking loans at 23%. I then took a R20000.00 with Initiation fee of R957.60 and monthly credit life insurance of R90.00. SATAWU has been deducting the money from my salary and pay the loan, however to my surprise after i had requested for statement i found that they was a lot of errors on this loan which have cost me so far. But when they deposited the money they made a mistake and deposited R100000.00 which they did reverse same time, that mistake is now costing me cause the whole loan has errors. The initiation fee is wrong, the interest rate not as agreed and the insurance of the loan is wrong. i want all the errors to be fixed and an alternative way of how i can pay this loan as i am no longer with SATAWU. I have contacted VBS BANK for several times and even sent where they send concerns and i have not been attended to,
