I have been paying for 3 years now, finished in July just to find out they gave my case over to another company and I have to start the whole process over again with the new company, and then I am told new information that debt life didnt give me from te begining, they were not honost from the start makes me feel like a fool, putting me through unnessesary stres and depression.

I bought a car in February at Renault Oudtshoorn, The dealership did not tell me there is a tracker in the car, a few days after purchase I received a message from tracker them self stating that my tracker is active and the certificate is send to my email I received it without knowing it is going to cost and extra 355.60 Rands I wonder till this day how tracker got hold of my account number because when i bought the car it was never explained to me that there is a tracker in the car and that its gona cost extra, I never wanted a tracker and I never wanted to give out more money than i had to, very dissapointed in the service
I bought a car at Renault Oudtshoorn in February 2022, the dealership did not inform me there is a tracker in the car and that it is extra costs, A few days after the purchase of the vehicle I received a message from tracker that my tracker is active and that a rep will be in contact with me, a rep phoned me and talked about the tracker but never mentioned the costs that are involved with it neither the car dealership nor tracker stated anything about costs I received a Debi check for 600 Rands and I declined it because I never signed an agreement with tracker I did not even know about the tracker I don't even want the tracker now I must pay 355 Rands for something I did not want or signed up for, I don't even know where Tracker got my account numbers from and I cant recall agreeing to anything with tracker stating that I will pay extra for it, the car is already a hefty amount now I must pay for something I did not sign up for, I am very disappointed in Renault Oudtshoorn and tracker for not stating the facts
Good day went to African bank oudtshoorn a few months ago to get a new credit card because mine expired, so I was assisted with the credit card but only the deactivation of it the employee there could not activate it for me because he doesn't have authority to do that because African bank oudtshoorn is under staffed there is only one employee working there and he can only do loans nothing else cannot assist with nothing else its been about 2 months and he is still alone at the branch and still does not have authority to help this is very poor. African Bank is promising that they will send someone to assist the employee but when will that happen in 2020.
