I would like to advice people not to use this company. They have really bad service. I send in my documentation and got approved. The guy told me that I was booked for the Friday, on Thursday night I phoned him to confirm and everything was set. On Friday I waited until half past four and eventually asked him what was going on he advised me that he will have to move my appointment to the next week as he booked 2 instillations for Friday and wont be able to get to me and that was after mine was booked for friday,so I told him that if it is not done on Saturday I would get someone else to do it.He then arranged for the techs to come at 10H00 on Saturday.When the techs arrived on Saturday after struggling they told me the could not find any signal.Now keep in mind that when I phoned the Boss he advised me that there is signal in my area.When the techs could not find the signal I phoned the boss and asked him what is going on as he told me that there is signal here and now they cannot find signal. He then told me that when they check on their side they can see the signal but are not 100% sure if there will be signal. Now if that was told to me from the start I would have asked that they first send out someone to do a survey and check if there is signal at my house but I was never advised that they are not 100% sure of the signal.This is really bad service for me as I advised the Boss from the start that this is urgent due to the fact that we are working from home because of Covid-19.
First of all I have had a very bad experience with Cell c the last few weeks.I took out a contract about 4 months ago on the new samsung S8.The day when I took out the contract the sales person who was assisting me was more intrested in helping the client that stood next to me(He came in after me).He did not explain to me that I had to register the S8 for screen repair insurance with samsung within one months time, second he also did not explain the Cell c insurance to me he just checked the boxes and told me he explained everything I needed to know and I must just sign.The third thing is he also told me that my minutes, data and sms was not going to expire every month which it does.Now about a week and a half back the screen on my phone cracked.When I took it to samsung to repair they told me about the thing that I had to register with in one month of getting the phone and that they could not repair the phone or register it.I then went to Cell c to sort it out with them.First of all I could not get hold of the store manger or area manager they kept telling me they are off for the day.Eventually when I got to speak to the manager he was ok about the whole situation but the as time grew he became more unhelpfull and reffered the case to his area manager who also keeps making promises of coming back to me but I have to follow up everytime.They do have the phone now and it was sent for assessment at the Cell C service centre we got the quote back but now he does not come back to me and also does not answer when I request feedback.In the meantime I am losing money and business everyday because of the poor service.The more I explain to them about the sales person who did not explain to us about the insurance(I mean who would not take insurance on a phone that is wort almost R16 000)the more they just choose to take the sales consultant side than to listen to mine.The sales consultant even got angry with us stood up and got very rude while the manager was standing right next to him and the manager did not do anything about it.Now everytime I walk into the shop to get feedback or try and sort this out the other staff inside the store talk behind our backs and laughs at us, as if it is one big joke..Cell c Mall Of The North in Polokwane the service is TERRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
