I just want to say that I am very impressed at the service received, from Johan, Wouter and team, unfortunately there is only 5 stars to rate, otherwise I would rate higher. I app**** yesterday morning, received a call 30 mins later and install was done the same day. Now that's what I call excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend your services to others Keep up the smashing service, team Signa-Fi

Absolute worst ISP in South Africa, they left me without any internet for almost three weeks now in December and I won’t have internet next week when I need to go back to work(I work from home). They don’t refund, provide alternatives or make any attempt to provide the service that you pay for. DO NOT USE THEM! You have been warned

☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Poor Support and No Accountability I’ve had ongoing latency and packet loss issues with Signa-Fi for months, making the 200mbs fiber service nearly unusable for gaming and streaming. Despite sending multiple reports and even providing WinMTR test results, there has been no proper support or resolution. "Just a response of, the matter will be investigated" Instead of assisting or giving feedback on follow-up, Signa-Fi simply ignores my support requests and then suspended my line due to non-payment — even though the payment is being withheld because of an active, unresolved service fault. It’s unacceptable to suspend a customer’s service when the problem lies on their side and hasn’t been addressed. I was patient and cooperative, but Signa-Fi has shown poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero urgency to fix their network issues. I truly hope management sees this and takes responsibility, because customers deserve a working service and proper support — not silence and suspension notices. If you are a gamer and rely on stable Internet, avoid this one

Reason for my rating. During this time we have had wi-fi problems frequently. Within the 2 years contract we have had I had to send emails to make sure about the contract terms even though I did have it, it took them something like 11 emails before I did receive the duplicate of my contract. Now we are in December and I still receive numerous emails stating we owe the month's installment after our contract expired. I even brought that to the owner's attention, who said he would look into that. I understand it is circular. Within the period of the contract of 24 months is fine, but months after the contract ended? No! When will it eventually stop?

What a friendly place. We've recently signed up for internet through Signa-Fi and I couldn't be happier. Their staff is exceptionally friendly and helpfull, and the entire process was just so easy. They are very professional and made us feel like family.

They take your internet because you cancel due to poor internet and unemployment and then they want to sue you for 2 years fees but the letters you get is even incorrect and illegal and you cancelled as per them dont ever waist your time with them and alot of clients call them for internet and they never pitch

I would like to advice people not to use this company. They have really bad service. I send in my documentation and got approved. The guy told me that I was booked for the Friday, on Thursday night I phoned him to confirm and everything was set. On Friday I waited until half past four and eventually asked him what was going on he advised me that he will have to move my appointment to the next week as he booked 2 instillations for Friday and wont be able to get to me and that was after mine was booked for friday,so I told him that if it is not done on Saturday I would get someone else to do it.He then arranged for the techs to come at 10H00 on Saturday.When the techs arrived on Saturday after struggling they told me the could not find any signal.Now keep in mind that when I phoned the Boss he advised me that there is signal in my area.When the techs could not find the signal I phoned the boss and asked him what is going on as he told me that there is signal here and now they cannot find signal. He then told me that when they check on their side they can see the signal but are not 100% sure if there will be signal. Now if that was told to me from the start I would have asked that they first send out someone to do a survey and check if there is signal at my house but I was never advised that they are not 100% sure of the signal.This is really bad service for me as I advised the Boss from the start that this is urgent due to the fact that we are working from home because of Covid-19.

I would like to advice people not to use this company. They have really bad service. I send in my documentation and got approved.
