Good Day Never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional company where the customers are blatantly being **** to. Our order was placed on the 4th of December 2023 with a confirmation email received soon after payment was made (On the same day), confirming that delivery on all rubber kits will take place between 3 and 7 working days. On the 7th working day, when I haven't received ANY further communication from Rubber Direct, or any information from a couriercompany, I finally called. I was met with hostility and disregard for my complaints but was finally told that the parcel will be picked up that same day and will be delivered to me the following day. So that same day, was the 13th of December, meaning my parcel would be delivered on Thursday, 14 December. Now, today, 18 December, after still no parcel, I phone them again, just to be told that the parcel indeed, went out last week as specified and that "Once the package is picked up, it's out of our hands" and that I should phone the courier company directly. Well after that VERY UNHELPFUL call, I jumped on the phone with the courier company, just to find out that I was **** to. Not only was the parcel not sent out on the day they assured me, but it was only picked up over 24 hours later on the same day I was promised delivery. Attached you will find proof of this. This was our fist time ordering from them and will definitely be our last. They have no respect for their customers or any decent sales support. And this, despite a R2400 order, which is not just some change in the current economy. But don't worry. I will spread word far and wide so that everyone is aware of exactly how they treat those that supports them.

MVIA ***** Insurance
This is an Absolute *****ulent company. Took out a policy in October 2022 and SPECIFICALLY asjed if the wear and tear of a clutch is covered. I was told YES, on a recorded call. Now, after submitting a claim for my clutch, I'm told it is not covered under my policy. So despite a recorded call, they still refused, saying that "worn" is not covered.

Rude!!!!
We've been to Fourways Farmers Market on COUNTLESS previous occasions, even back when they were bext to Montecasino. But NEVER, in all the years we've supported them, have we been treated as badly as today. We went through the gate, paid our entrance fee as always, and made our way down to Something Fresh for some nice chicjen. We were aproached by a VERY RUDE security guard, informing us that ny husband should keave as he is carrying a firearm. A LEGAL, ON THE JOB SUDEARM, for which he produces legal documentation. The guard rudly told us to still keave, after which my husband refused, as we were doing nothing wrong. Back in line, we ordered our foir, and honest to gosh, the rude security man is back, this time with another man. Once again ny husband produced his legal docs, and while he was talking with the new guy, the ither security guard started mouthing off at me, telling me we're only refusing to leave because we are RACIST. Never in my life, have I ever been made to feel so unwelcome. We've soent THOUSANDS at the market but will NEVER be back.

FRAUD UPGRADES
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD all the way. I phoned in to vodacom today to cancel my data contract that end at the end of June 2022, just to find out that they won't be able to process the cancelation, as Elite Mobile already upgraded my contract last week, WITHOUT my content. Despite several calls, I just get the run-around, from one department to the next, and still, the fraudulent contract is in place and no-one seems to be able to assist in the cancelation.

Friendly Staff
What a friendly place. We've recently signed up for internet through Signa-Fi and I couldn't be happier. Their staff is exceptionally friendly and helpfull, and the entire process was just so easy. They are very professional and made us feel like family.

Fast and Friendly
Placed my first order with them on the 10th of March 2022, and relieved my order a mere 3 days later. They are super friendly and conveniently fast. Will definitely use them again.
