Found the product offering via Facebook so was a little skeptical. Checked our their website and they claim to have the correct seals and rubbers I needed for a classic beetle. The only ones that are ok are the door (if you willing to cut and join to create the 90°), front and rear window, body to light and lense seal. The rest are a NO go. Don't waste your time, when I request a refund I get told to go to fitment center lol good luck if you going to purchase from them. Rather use takealot so you can return without problems when the product is no good. Date of experience: March 20, 2024

Excellent product and service.
Found the product offering via Facebook so was excited but a little skeptical. Checked our their website and they definitely had the seals and rubbers I needed for a classic beetle. I'm glad I ordered and highly recommend Rubber Direct South Africa. Recieved my order without any issues and within the time frame as per their website. Received updates as to when product was packed to time in the courier vehicle. I contacted them after with a question after receiving the parcel and received excellent service and support. Best service and definitely trustworthy and loyal. Outstanding products and if you have a classic car this is definitely a answer to your seals. Most importantly not fly by night! Thank you Rubber Direct.

Good Day Never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional company where the customers are blatantly being **** to. Our order was placed on the 4th of December 2023 with a confirmation email received soon after payment was made (On the same day), confirming that delivery on all rubber kits will take place between 3 and 7 working days. On the 7th working day, when I haven't received ANY further communication from Rubber Direct, or any information from a couriercompany, I finally called. I was met with hostility and disregard for my complaints but was finally told that the parcel will be picked up that same day and will be delivered to me the following day. So that same day, was the 13th of December, meaning my parcel would be delivered on Thursday, 14 December. Now, today, 18 December, after still no parcel, I phone them again, just to be told that the parcel indeed, went out last week as specified and that "Once the package is picked up, it's out of our hands" and that I should phone the courier company directly. Well after that VERY UNHELPFUL call, I jumped on the phone with the courier company, just to find out that I was **** to. Not only was the parcel not sent out on the day they assured me, but it was only picked up over 24 hours later on the same day I was promised delivery. Attached you will find proof of this. This was our fist time ordering from them and will definitely be our last. They have no respect for their customers or any decent sales support. And this, despite a R2400 order, which is not just some change in the current economy. But don't worry. I will spread word far and wide so that everyone is aware of exactly how they treat those that supports them.
