Never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional company where the customers are blatantly being **** to.
Our order was placed on the 4th of December 2023 with a confirmation email received soon after payment was made (On the same day), confirming that delivery on all rubber kits will take place between 3 and 7 working days. On the 7th working day, when I haven't received ANY further communication from Rubber Direct, or any information from a couriercompany, I finally called. I was met with hostility and disregard for my complaints but was finally told that the parcel will be picked up that same day and will be delivered to me the following day.
So that same day, was the 13th of December, meaning my parcel would be delivered on Thursday, 14 December. Now, today, 18 December, after still no parcel, I phone them again, just to be told that the parcel indeed, went out last week as specified and that "Once the package is picked up, it's out of our hands" and that I should phone the courier company directly.
Well after that VERY UNHELPFUL call, I jumped on the phone with the courier company, just to find out that I was **** to. Not only was the parcel not sent out on the day they assured me, but it was only picked up over 24 hours later on the same day I was promised delivery. Attached you will find proof of this.
This was our fist time ordering from them and will definitely be our last. They have no respect for their customers or any decent sales support. And this, despite a R2400 order, which is not just some change in the current economy. But don't worry. I will spread word far and wide so that everyone is aware of exactly how they treat those that supports them.
