☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Poor Support and No Accountability I’ve had ongoing latency and packet loss issues with Signa-Fi for months, making the 200mbs fiber service nearly unusable for gaming and streaming. Despite sending multiple reports and even providing WinMTR test results, there has been no proper support or resolution. "Just a response of, the matter will be investigated" Instead of assisting or giving feedback on follow-up, Signa-Fi simply ignores my support requests and then suspended my line due to non-payment — even though the payment is being withheld because of an active, unresolved service fault. It’s unacceptable to suspend a customer’s service when the problem lies on their side and hasn’t been addressed. I was patient and cooperative, but Signa-Fi has shown poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero urgency to fix their network issues. I truly hope management sees this and takes responsibility, because customers deserve a working service and proper support — not silence and suspension notices. If you are a gamer and rely on stable Internet, avoid this one
We recently got airfibre installed, the 100mbs package. Since we are gamers i specifically asked the sales Agent. If they could provide this speed without any issues and she advised on whatsapp, that if they don't get this Speed they will not install. Since installation 23rd May, we had issues. The line speed is very slow and even had an outage for the weekend where they dispatched a team to replace equipment. Even after this, the speed is only running around 25mbs to 40mbs depending on the time of day. I once again logged a fault on whatsapp and a special Router was couriered to plug in so that they could have remote access to run tests. Not even 3 hours later and we yet again have a complete internet outage and another ticket for Technical support team to come out. We are not even past the first month yet and already have issues. The service is not up to standards as per product offerings and no matter what they remedy, the problem remains the same.

Good day It has come to this point where I can no longer hold my frustrations in any longer. a week before the 1st of march, I approached Vodacom Northgate on a Friday to assist with an early upgrade for the S24 Ultra & Galaxy watch 6. I was advised that they would have to request a profile limit increase first and the consultant took my contact details and said he will phone me with feedback by latest the coming Monday. Late afternoon on Monday I still did not receive any feedback from the consultant and I decided to visit the store again after work. upon my arrival it was brought under my attention that the consultant is not at work and this is where another consultant started to assist me. Reviewed my profile and started with the upgrade process. He then asked me which device I want and I informed him, but with great disappointment he confirmed that the device is out of stock as he sold the last one earlier that day. He advised he will order the device. About 3 days later Consultant called me to come and collect my device. upon arrival I was told that they don't have stock of the Watch 6 Classic and again have to order. I was promised that it will take about 3 days for the stock to arrive, it has been 14 days and counting and I am still waiting. day after day i am being promised that it will be there the next day... conversations on whatsapp where i was promised even today 15th of Marc 2024 that I will get my watch, arrived at the store and no watch! I have been a Vodacom Client now for 7 years! and it seems like their customer services are starting to deteriorate!!! I normally don't give much attention to previous reviews, but it is clear as daylight that Vodacom Northgate needs to be looked at. The reviews are all aligned and in fact the same. Vodacom Head Office, You need to get involved here as your team is dragging your reputation through the mud!
Worst tracker company ever!! Do not use them at all. You struggle to get them to fix you tracking device, details never corresponding. They send you statements and they debit different amounts. DO NOT USE THEM!! THEY ARE SUS!
Informed them about kilos on app not responding to ACTUAL kilos on the clock. Got a letter stating they are sorry and will rectify the issue. EVEN after 3rd attempt they still failed to correct it. Stop paying because the service i pay for should include accurate information as its part of the package. Sent emails, filed complaints even escalated to CEO level and still nothing. Now i am getting final demand letters and they are threatening to approach credit bureau to list me. DO NOT USE CARTRACK THEY DON'T STICK TO THEIR OWN SERVICE OFFERINGS.
Have been struggling to rectify my vehicle description and kilometers since they installed the tracker into my car. its been over 2 years and they still haven't fixed it. email after email... spoken to multiple consultants and claiming that the details have been updated and sending me letters CONFIRMING, yet the kilos are still incorrect. i have stopped my payments to cartrack for 4 months now. i have requested to cancel to Contract due to cartrack being incompetent to provide the services i entered into agreement with them. I SUSPENDED THEIR SERVICES, They still want to charge me for the outstanding amount and a cancellation fee... It is Cartrack who couldn't stick to their own service offering agreement and yet they want to hold me liable. they are now sending me summons letters. I have officially reported them to the Ombudsman and will consult my lawyer to take further action. They are rendering a service with false/incorrect details which does not form part of the agreement. me as a consumer has to right to good quality services/products in working condition as per agreement entered into which i pay for DO NOT EVER MAKE USE OF THIS TRSCKING COMPANY!!
Its been a month now since i settled my account and requested a paid-up letter and still havent received my requested letter. I would not recommend anyone making use of Nedbank
Been on the phone for the past hour. Trying to get hold of a consultant which is able to assist with my query. Call keeps on dropping or transfered to the wrong department. Poor customer service, I would not recommend using Nedbank for any banking solutions. MAKE USE OF FNB !! i am moving all my account.
