☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Poor Support and No Accountability
I’ve had ongoing latency and packet loss issues with Signa-Fi for months, making the 200mbs fiber service nearly unusable for gaming and streaming. Despite sending multiple reports and even providing WinMTR test results, there has been no proper support or resolution.
"Just a response of, the matter will be investigated"
Instead of assisting or giving feedback on follow-up, Signa-Fi simply ignores my support requests and then suspended my line due to non-payment — even though the payment is being withheld because of an active, unresolved service fault.
It’s unacceptable to suspend a customer’s service when the problem lies on their side and hasn’t been addressed. I was patient and cooperative, but Signa-Fi has shown poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero urgency to fix their network issues.
I truly hope management sees this and takes responsibility, because customers deserve a working service and proper support — not silence and suspension notices.
