Reason for my rating. During this time we have had wi-fi problems frequently. Within the 2 years contract we have had I had to send emails to make sure about the contract terms even though I did have it, it took them something like 11 emails before I did receive the duplicate of my contract. Now we are in December and I still receive numerous emails stating we owe the month's installment after our contract expired. I even brought that to the owner's attention, who said he would look into that. I understand it is circular. Within the period of the contract of 24 months is fine, but months after the contract ended? No! When will it eventually stop?

Family indeed
Every time when I go to PEP Alesa and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Having a bad day is the past when you have entered PEP. Just a hallo or shopping it is the best place to be! They let you feel part of the family. Thank you, Alesa and staff.
