bad service
i made a request to encash my investment it has been 3 weeks no response from them, the only response is that they will respond to my request within 2 working days till today im astill waiting i did complete encashment form and submitted bank statement along with copy of ID. Useless insurance company

POOR SERVICE
i placed an order for delivery(Birthday hamper and bouquet of Red roses) on the 2nd March so it can be delivered on the 3rd of March 2021, the recepient only received a birthday hamper not Bunch of Roses in Craft paper, ORDER NO: 110501222, the recepient is based in Dawn park, Boksburg, im really ****ed off with your poor service n***xx never ever again will i use your **** service

Poor service
Took a loan with them paidup their loan last year 2019 December, till this day I still haven't received PaidUp Letter. Their contact number don't go through....debt review queries don't attend to queries..all I want is a PaidUp letter
