On 27 January 2026 at about 9:30 I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law who was turning 81 on 28 January 2026. The flowers i chose was Pincushion proteas and roses for around R900. At about 13:00 an agent from Netflorist called me and asked if they could exchange the pincushions for proteas as they do not have pin cushions available. I agreed to this. Around 17:00 I got concerned as I have not received any notification of delivery. So then the run-around started. After numerous whattsapp and computer generated responses, the flowers were delivered at 20:38, even though their website states 7-7 deliveries. Keep in mind that she is 81 years old, by the time the flowers came, her small dinner was over. So, she sent me a picture of the flowers with lovely pink proteas, but the roses were the reddish orange colour to go with the original pincushions. I would have thought that it would also be changed to go with the proteas. I complained to them this morning and what I received was computer generated explanations on the buds opening but missing the point on the jarring colour difference. They then offered to credit the delivery fee - a grand amount of about R89. I actually asked them not to insult me as this was quantifying their regard for their clients. The end result is that I will never order from then again 😒 nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

Since using Netflorist for family and friends gifts I never get disappointed. They always update me with every step . They deliver in time . Their parcels are packed with love and good presentation.

I ordered flowers on 18 September, to be delivered to my friend in Epsom, UK on 20 September. Not only was it not delivered on the 20th, but today is the 21st and she still hasn't received the flowers! I am demanding a full refund. You're service is absolutely shocking!

I am highly disappointed in Netflorist's inability to resolve technical issues on their website which resulted in me not being able to purchase a birthday gift for a dear friend. I timeously ordered a personalized birthday gift but when it came to the payment section, their website could not process the payment and stated that there were technical issues. I then wrote an email to let them know of this issue and their only response and solution was to let me know that there was a technical issue which has now been seemingly resolved. No mention of how they could arrange for me to still get the gift on time since the issue was on their side and not on mine. Very disappointing indeed.

i placed an order for delivery(Birthday hamper and bouquet of Red roses) on the 2nd March so it can be delivered on the 3rd of March 2021, the recepient only received a birthday hamper not Bunch of Roses in Craft paper, ORDER NO: 110501222, the recepient is based in Dawn park, Boksburg, im really ****ed off with your poor service n***xx never ever again will i use your **** service
