Booked the Mint hotel for me and my partner for her birthday after a long day. To our surprise while walking to our room we were informed that our place was way at the back of the place. My partner struggled as she has a very bad hip. She was born with her hip disslocated. This was communicated and we told them we could not stay here due to this. They gave us no choice but to leave and lose the payment made.
Pet hero more like pet zero. My poor babies have to wait until monday for them to deliver their food. 😫 ordered on Wednesday already!!

My account was debited twice in the same month. I phoned to follow up and was told that the account was no longer in arrears. I called to follow up the refund and was told they waiting for credit to update the payment. Everytime I phone to follow up it was a different story on the other line. No clear communication. I want my refund back as my account should have never been double debited. As a long standing client of theirs I'm very disappointed.
