I went into capitec bank this morning for a new card despite the fact that previously I wanted to pay my debt and I received ****ing putruit service.!!!!I hate this bank to my core!!! I decided that I will not pay my debt and there is nothing these ****ers can do to me I will sue them. And back to this morning there cards wouldn't print my number and they sent me up at down from one bank to another and I'm ****ing late for work due to this !!!!I have tasks to complete and deadlines to meet and they ****ing me over I decided I will withdrawal all my money and switch banks and also this was Maynard malls branch that sent me to wynberg branch in Capetown I've ****ing had it with them !!!!
I contacted capitec bank and they were not helpful giving me limited info on debts that I want to settle I was reffered to Ara and they wasted my time I had to call I'm continuously and was promised callbacks that I did not recieve from Mrs Davids and I wasted money buying a credit report to solve and settle this it's the most putrid service I ever received from my unfriendly bank staff and the debt collectors they work with I won't be paying my debts and I will be closing my capitec account won't recommend capiteç to any one
