Terrible Service / No proof of payment or paid up confirmation received
We had the worst experience with Ara. We settled and paid a personal loan with Absa Bank with them 3 and a half months ago. To Date we have not received our paid up/ settlement letter. We call them continuously yet no one is assisting. It takes 21 days to get that letter however a even bigger concern is they did not supply proof of payment and Absa still lists it on the Credit Report now as missed payments with the lack of response and everything happening it seems they never paid the loan. 3 and a half months later. Absolutely terrible service.

Harassment
Can these people please stop harassing me over an account I have no clue of? They keep telling me that their calls are recorded, I've been telling them for years now that I'm not the person they are looking for. The call center agents are so rude to top it all of, I really can't stand this anymore.

Ara worst company
I had to call in several times I was promised a call back from Mrs David's to settle my debt I had to pay for a credit report before I made arrangements called in several times I won't be settling my debt and I will close my capitec account I hope Mrs Davids gets fired. Putrid service

I had to call in several times I was promised a call back from Mrs David's to settle my debt I had to pay for a credit report before I made arrangements called in several times I won't be settling my debt and I will close my capitec account I hope Mrs Davids gets fired. Putrid service

Insulted By Call Center agent Vuyokazi Kimbi
I received a call yesterday @17:38 from the number 0218143700, ARA's Legal Department. She introduced herself as Vuyokazi and told me the conversation was being recorded. She asked to speak to \Malibongwe"and i told her i'm not the guy she's looking for and that she might have called the wrong number. The lady started to be rude claiming i admitted to being this \""Malibongwe\"" guy earlier. She told me to confirm my identity numbers and i told her i was not gonna do that to a person i dont even know and have a business or purchase agreement with. Seeing that this vuyokazi lady is boiling and fuming at me for not giving her answers i asked her plz give me her full names and the company she's working for but she refused saying that was \""NOT IMPORTANT' for me to know she just wants me to confirm my identity"
