The place is shrouded in darkness.
It often happens that when we visit the Kolonnade Mall on Sundays, the electricity is cut off, and, with the exception of a few stores, the place is shrouded in darkness. Store owners are likely suffering significant losses, and if this practice continues, the Kolonnade shopping center might soon follow the same path as China Mall.
