Samsung Gear 2 watch is worst watch ever.

I bought a brand new Samsung Gear 2 watch from the Samsung store in Kolonnade Centre in Pretoria. After 2 weeks it fell perhaps 30cm and the glass screen cracked. We gave it in to the same store for repair and after 2 weeks they came back to me with a ridiculous price. I can add a few bucks to buy a brand new one. Obviously we escalated the matter to Samsung South Africa and they cannot assist in any way as every retailer can make a repair price and you have to be happy with it. All they mention is that I can take it to a different retailer for a second opinion. As this is marketed as a robust sports watch I would SERIOUSLY not recommend this product to anyone! After sales and support from SAMSUNG is horrible.
