WISH THERE WAS A MINUS RATING!!!!! I ordered in March 2019 #74455. Numerous emails sent and queries sent. I tried to cancel my order but still no response. Scammed!!!
I received an email from Chamaine Mgobhozi - Customer Care Consultant on 2/3/2017 stating that my subscription is cancelled. Debits still went thru my account after numberous emails since cancellation. On 1/11/2017 I received an email from Khayisile Khanyile Customer Care stating that my subscriptions was cancelled and they will reimburse me with the debits that was deducted after cancellation. I received another sms yesterday explaining how to change my settings to use my yello data. I emailed Khayisile Khanyile again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
