DO NOT BUY A POCKET POS FROM NEDBANK!
I do not advise anyone to purchase a Pocket Pos device from Nedbank! For the considerable cost of R 1100 I received an extremely poorly made, cheap and nasty device, which basically gave trouble from day one. When I complained about it, a replacement was never offered to me and I was forced to struggle on with a faulty device which in any case had only a six month warranty. I eventually had almost no use out of it and now, a year later, it is completely broken and I have no option but to throw it away, as, I am told, they are irrepairable . Umpteen phone calls to Nedbank has produced no joy whatsoever and Nedbank basically washes their hands of it.
