DAYLIGHT *******
I booked on ParkVia website - a company called Rehoboth. The confirmation came with 3 telephone numbers - none of which they answered despite me dialling more than 20 times to advise I would be a bit early! At the airport nobody pitched leaving me stranded!!! Unacceptable service!!! They are a bunch of *******!! Taken my money for no service at all!!! Be warned! Here's a challenge to them to make this right!!!

Shocking let down Rehoboth Parking services Durban airport
Shocking. Left us high and dry at king Shaka airport durban. Tried to call 15 times didn't pick up. Had to make a plan b at last minute at great expense. IThen **** that they had been waiting for me. Dishonest, couldn't care less attitude. Iwould recommend that you don't touch them.

Shocking lack of service
Shocking…lack of service and blatant rudeness. This business is a ****. They put the phone down on me after leaving me stranded at King Shaka airport. They had confirmed booking via mail and WhatsApp and after the fact they deleted their incriminating WhatsApp’s. They are devious and definitely cannot be trusted. In retrospect I am glad I did not entrust my vehicle with them. Other reviews are equally as scathing. So be aware that this company is using the name “King Shaka International” as if they are approved by the airport and they certainly ARE NOT. Please do not use Rehoboth Parking services if you value your sanity and vehicle!!

Rehoboth Parking Services is the best airport parking that you can find at King Shaka International Airport. They was on time for pick up and drop off. Plus my vehicle was clean. I will recommend this company to everyone who flying out.

Rehoboth Parking Services is the best airport parking that you can find at King Shaka International Airport. They was on time for pick up and drop off. Plus my vehicle was clean. I will recommend this company to everyone who flying out.

Rehoboth Parking Services King Shaka
I was under the impression the parkade was somewhere in king shaka airport area , however I noticed my car had been returned with 20km extra which makes me believe my car was used for joy riding or the staff taking my car home … also my car fuel range was dropped off with 360kms and when returned it was 290kms which says the car has been driven hard by the drivers … also a lighter of sentimental value has been stolen from my car … rather not use this trash service and hope they shut down … bunch of thieves and useless oxygen wasters.

Left stranded at airport
My flight was on the 18th Oct, and car booked for 6am. I phoned the day before and notified them that i will be a bit later, between 6:20 and 6:30 am. First i messaged and there was no reply. Then i phoned and they were very unprofessional, there is always a child crying in the background. At around 6:15 i phoned them to say that i am 15 mins away, and was told i am too late and that i need to make alternative arrangements, or they can only help me at 7am. This is ridiculous as obviously i needed to board. The guy was rude on the phone as well as threatened to ban me from parkingvia website. I had to use the long stay parking at the airport. Dont waste your time on this company, rather use the trusted parking at the airport. They are also extremely rude on the phone.

I left my car in their care for 2 days and when I got it back, my car had a massive dent, there was no petrol in my car and the kilometres used were way more than what they should have been. Every attempt to reach this company has been met with rudeness. I have even been hung up on. They claim they have "proof" they didn't damage my car but they aren't even willing to engage in a conversation. I have searched the internet and found that this is the norm for this business. There are so many negative reviews - from damaged vehicles to lost car keys to customer vehicles being used for personal use by staff. In each case, they are rude and unwilling to assist. I will never use this service again and I urge you all to stay away.
