Pathetic online service. States 2 to 5 working day delivery, I am now waiting 3 weeks! No response from the customer service emails either!
Terrible service recieved from Samsung mall of africa. Paid for a phone 4 weeks ago, and still waiting for the free charger that comes with it. Is this what Samsung does? Take people's money and promise gifts and do not deliver? Worst decision ever going to this store. The salesperson Tsepho is never available and does not even give you a status update. Even escalate with the manager Denel and still have not recieved anything. This is actual robbery
I am completely disgusted by the Lancet in Mt. Edgecombe, Durban KZN. My wife was very sick and weak and went to do bloods. Nobody told her that she needs to get her temperature taken. She walked all the way to lancet and the guy told her "its not his problem". We will never be using Lancet again after this. The attitude of staff at this particular Lancet is unbelievable. Please send your staff for training! Attitude of staff is ridiculous.
Extremely upset with the management s****s on the manager in gateway branch, KZN. He has absolutely no way with dealing with customers. He is rude and obnoxious, and belittled my wife while she asked a simple question. We will definitely not be ever shopping here again!
Terrible black friday experience. 1 out of the 3 items i bought and paid for i get told its out of stock and they give me a voucher. I do not want a dumb voucher why cant you refund me my cash back?? I cant buy anything with the voucher because now ill have to pay delivery for under R400!!! Nobody answers the call center number or replies to emails!!
My flight was on the 18th Oct, and car booked for 6am. I phoned the day before and notified them that i will be a bit later, between 6:20 and 6:30 am. First i messaged and there was no reply. Then i phoned and they were very unprofessional, there is always a child crying in the background. At around 6:15 i phoned them to say that i am 15 mins away, and was told i am too late and that i need to make alternative arrangements, or they can only help me at 7am. This is ridiculous as obviously i needed to board. The guy was rude on the phone as well as threatened to ban me from parkingvia website. I had to use the long stay parking at the airport. Dont waste your time on this company, rather use the trusted parking at the airport. They are also extremely rude on the phone.

<p>Good day</p> <p>I am very disgusted by the service received by your weiss vw branch in stamford hill. My car engine light has come on and I had taken it in to the branch for repairs on the 28/11/16 and decided to do the 105k service on it as well. The car had a misfire as well and loss of power.</p> <p>I was told by the service agent VJ that the parts will be ordered by Friday 02/12/16. When I phoned again on the 08/12/16 to find out the status of the car, all the service agent VJ could say is that the head was stripped and sent to the engineers and we are waiting for a report. So for 2 weeks what was being done? It surely does not take this long to sort out the problem especially since it being a VW repaired at VW.</p> <p>This type of service is unacceptable and disappointing, especially the fact that the service agent has a "don't care" attitude and does not communicate with the customer. I had to personally phone him multiple times. I was even refused a courtesy car, and had to make my own means of transport to work and back. This is ridiculous service, and there is being nothing done to assist me.</p>
You guys are still billing me when my account was cancelled a while back? You never cease to get worse! You should close down just as Nashua mobile did! This is not my first issue with you guys! Worst choice I ever made.
So I have been trying to get through to autopage cellular from 7am this morning. My motive is to cancel my contract and convert to prepaid, and because it is done before the due date, I have paid a hefty cancellation fee. <br> <br> After waiting 15+ mins the first time, i get put through to cancellations, and the call cuts as soon as she answers.<br> I try again, and the second time I speak to a guy and he is quite friendly but not that helpful. He informs me my contract will be cancelled but he cannot tell me if my proof of payment is received.<br> <br> After waiting another 20+ mins, I get through to a service consultant in accounts who doesn't seem to know what a settlement amount is. She then attempts to transfer me to credit control dept. (I have no idea why) unsuccessfully, and cuts the call.<br> <br> I then wait another 20 mins on the line to get through to an arrogant service consultant, who said his name was Siyabonga. He informs me that the system is down and I need to try again later.<br> <br> Is it that hard for autopage to tell me if they have received 1 faxed document? Pathetic service. This is exactly why myself and my entire family are cancelling all Autopage contracts. This is not the first time.
