My flight was on the 18th Oct, and car booked for 6am. I phoned the day before and notified them that i will be a bit later, between 6:20 and 6:30 am. First i messaged and there was no reply. Then i phoned and they were very unprofessional, there is always a child crying in the background. At around 6:15 i phoned them to say that i am 15 mins away, and was told i am too late and that i need to make alternative arrangements, or they can only help me at 7am. This is ridiculous as obviously i needed to board. The guy was rude on the phone as well as threatened to ban me from parkingvia website. I had to use the long stay parking at the airport. Dont waste your time on this company, rather use the trusted parking at the airport. They are also extremely rude on the phone.
