I did an online order (a substantial amount of money). every week got an email shifting my delivery date by another week. when I queried this on their online chat they promised to investigate and come back to me. Obviously nobody did!! No suprise!! Then after 6 weeks I receive an email saying my order has been cancelled at "my request" NO???? now they tell me i must wait another 14 days for a refund. Asked to speak to a Manager but of course nobody around. Absolutely despicable! I will not buy from them again thats for sure!
I booked on ParkVia website - a company called Rehoboth. The confirmation came with 3 telephone numbers - none of which they answered despite me dialling more than 20 times to advise I would be a bit early! At the airport nobody pitched leaving me stranded!!! Unacceptable service!!! They are a bunch of *******!! Taken my money for no service at all!!! Be warned! Here's a challenge to them to make this right!!!

DO NOT use this company! Their customer service is non-existent. I bought a mini UPS device through them - without realising IT - since I purchased the item through Takealot. The unit was faulty from the start and it is still under warranty. After a discussion on whatsapp (when they finally answered!) they advised to courier it for assessment. They admitted on whatsapp (once again after me trying to contact them numerous times) that they have received the item. This was 3 weeks ago and now they are not replying through any communciation channel!! Very off-sides!!! I would NEVER purchase through them again!!
My husband pretty much exclusively shops at KH for clothes and therefore spends a small fortune most months! In addition to shopping in store he often does online purchases. Invariably there are times when one wants to return an item and I have to say that KH has THE most inflexible and ridiculous return policies I have come across! Yesterday I visited a store to return a pair of shoes - unbeknown to me 6 days later than their "14 day return period". At first I was told that I could not be given a voucher by the Pavillion store and should drive all the way to Gateway!!! Seriously?? What other retailer does that??? Then when the store manager realised I was "late" I think she was exceptionally happy to tell me that I could not get a gift voucher! She seemed to be scanning the till slip looking for her "way out". I asked for them to be slightly lenient given the fact that they are the only retailer I know with a 14 day period! But sadly it seems they would rather lose a loyal customer than try and make right by their customers! Such a pity to have such a poor attitude to very good customers! As the adage goes .... a bird in hand is worth two in the bush!!! Well - KH - you have lost an exceptionally loyal customer - this was just the cherry on the top of a few incidents that have left a poor taste and my husband has decided he will no longer shop there! Clever move KH ... go spend more money on an advertising budget to attract new customers??? And it appears i am not alone ... plenty of reviews complaining of similar scenarios!
I was due a refund which Takealot “supposedly” credited to my Discovery Miles account. Except it seems that nobody in the company can do maths. It’s been emails back and forth for a month but they have still not credited me the full amount.
