Bad bad service
The Virgin active call center staff members are left at their own devises, they cannot make decisions and keep talking in circles. Managers are 24/7 in meetings and not available to assist their poor staff. The Manager also do not bother to return calls. Virgin Active….. get your lazy managers MOVING and start returning calls………..!

Good luck dealing with Rooftop Contractors
Rooftop Contractors are not customer focus, several attempts to secure their services were unanswered. Even an official complaint with Hardus Smit ********** remains unanswered.

No service due to Staffmember taking a day off
I had a booking to have smash and grab fitted on Saturday 2017/11/18. PG Auto glass phoned me today 2017/11/17 to cancel my appointment as Saturday is the fitter’s off day. I made the appointment well in advance and had to re-schedule my plans to make it. No apologies, no alternative arrangements or solution to accommodate me. Trying to have the matter resolved by a branch manager or supervisor ended up in many unanswered calls…. Owner of ********** , don’t bother to phone back. I will not make use of your service again.
