Don't ever use the sevices of sms portal the call centre lady or billing accounts by the name of Elize she's Very rude and recist they thought the card that I used was not mine they refused my application and they ask me to wait for 10 days to get my refund; the service is shocking trust me u don't want to experience what I have gone through.
After numerous complaints with fnb trying remove a block on my account suddenly after 4pm today the 6k was withdrawn out of my account question is how did they manage to do so cause I don't have a card with me Ive cancelled it and my I'd is not in my possession. Surely one of their staff members took an advantage. This is the same branch that put a hold on my account. I need this matter to be resolve or I'm going to open a fraud case for FNB.
This is the 2nd complain in 1 week on the 21 I went to the butterworth branch to cancel my cellphone banking due to my personal re seasons then yesterday I was at the branch again to verify myself to reopen my line .It went well they did the online finger and today I realise that my account is on hold I don't know why is that. I need some one to resolve this. I don't want to deal with the butterworth staff again I don't even want their call. I'm not around to verify my self again fnb should make a plan to open my account.
I've made 2 transfers on the 17th for an amount of 68000 and 35800 the other one was meant for capitec and I've noticed that both amounts were reversed back to my account. I called fnb trying to establish the problem. That's when I was advised that Thato from Smart Lock department reversed the money reason being he tried to call me to confirm the funds; the problem is I didn't see any missed calls from any one around that time. I know at times I will have a network problem. I'm available to confirm my transfer. I will be waiting for that call. To compliment Pearl from Fraud Department she was very helpful cause she called me back to assist. Thanks Pearl.
