BAD delivery service, BAD customer care, Do not use
Waiting for delivery I was told the package was going to be delivered this week. Last week friday they sent out a message " Consignment has been received by RAM." - No idea what this meant on when it will be delivered so i called the call center. She responded by saying the delivery is out today (Friday) and she will get someone to contact me with an indicated time of delivery. NO ONE CALLED. Log in this morning to see "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Isando, Johannesburg - UNAVAILABLE BUSINESS - CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE." So i called again and she responded by saying they did not come out on Friday and delivery will happen today (Monday) logged in again to check the tracking. Now it said "Incoming Call - Non-delivery - client unknown at the address." So called the call center again and he said he would have to log a complaint and that someone will contact me in 5 to 10 minutes. It is now 30 min later. NO one called. NO delivery please just sort this out!

Come to Lavana Beauty Spa if you want damage to your face
My girlfriend came to their spa the day before a wedding. They hurt her face, she has never had any issues before, but this time something went wrong. They gave her a little bit of gel and told her it will be fine the next day. The next day she had 3 scabs on her face. We went back and no one took accountability and no one could get hold of the manager, Cheryl Hengst. I am still waiting for someone to contact us. We have had to go to Dermatologists and pharmacies. I would strongly recommend NO ONE should ever go to Lavana Spa
