I'm tired of interest-free repayment platforms if the customer service is terrible. Made a simple mistake about a payment date change now I get automated responses after more than a week of emailing. The call centre drops calls before getting through to a customer service agent, no chatbot on the website as advertised and no whatsapp service. And its basically resetting one simple function because my salary date has changed.

Waiting more than 10 minutes to get through to an agent every time I call to follow-up regarding the payout of my provident fund. Since 06 November 2017, agents I speak to can't seem to locate my supporting documents for my claim. Then I get placed on hold for 10 minutes, only to have them locate it. Two agents have since told me that it's been processed by the admin department and that a tax directive would be applied for, which it hasn't. Now I've been given another two week turnaround time. I've skimmed some of the reviews this year for this company and am horrified to see that clients have waited a year for their provident funds to be attended to/paid out and/ or to receive feedback on their queries.
