I bought a VW Polo at Honda Rivonia , and the vehicle had four different tyres on it . Two of tyres were in such bad condition it could not possibly have gone through the roadworthy. When I spoke to the DP she said to me that we saw the vehicle on the day of delivery and we took it like that , there is no way she is going to help me . This is a very unethical dealership whom it would not recommend to anyone .
LAST WEEK I LODGED A COMPLAINT ONTO HELLO PETER . I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO CLOSE A LINE FOR 3 MONTHS , I HAVE PAID THE PRE MATURE CANCELLATION FEE YET MY LINE WASN'T CLOSED . THEN A VODACOM CONSULTANT PHONED IN REACTION TO MY HELLO PETER COMPLAINT AND SAID SHE WOULD SORT IT OUT . SHE THEN CANCELLED THE COMPLETE WRONG NUMBER AND NOW THEY ARE BILLING ME R9000.00. THEY DID HOWEVER REINSTATE MY MY LINE BUT THE R9000.00 IS STILL SHOWING DUE ON MY ACCOUNT . I AM INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED TO SAY THE LEAST , AND THE CALL CENTRE IS UNABLE TO ASSIST ME AT ALL .
I have requested a cancellation quote , paid the cancellation fee , sent it in with all the necessary documentation after 3 months I am still being billed and my contract is not cancelled . I have phoned in numerous time to solve this issue, first they confirm that it is cancelled but however when I phoned in today it still isn't cancelled . Every month I have to pay for a line that I don't have use of and I can't seem to get this contract cancelled .
