I was booked into belaire suites in Durban for four weeks and I had a great experience,the staff is very professional and friendly,the rooms are clean,the hotel is peaceful,thanks for the great experience
On the 20th November I wrote an experience I had in an MTN dealer in Piet Retief,today i received a call from the dealer,the lady who was phoning me requested me to explain my experience and I did so instead of them apologising to me I felt somehow harassed and I hung up,I wonder if I should involve my lawyers now
2 weeks ago I went to an MTN dealer in Piet retief to apply for a contract phone and the lady who made the deal Gugu told me that they don't have the phone in store but I shall get it after a week,I went to the shop after a week and Gugu was not there I found another lady by the name Pertunia who was unprofessional and said I'm only getting the phone after 2 months,I was so disappointed I phoned head office and no one was willing to assist me and also unprofessional,I cancelled the deal and went to another provider and I got the phone instantly,I don't know why MTN Uses the slogan "the bossa network" because they fail to deliver good service
