Today after calling Roadside Assistance and being transferred from pillar to post at least 5 times in the meantime eating up my airtime, I was at my tether until I was efficiently assisted by Mapiti Legodi. If it was not for Mapiti Legodi
If it was not for Mapiti Legodi at Standard Insurance Limited call centre I was going to cancel my policy. She helped me so efficiently and effectively. I even received follow up calls to check if I was sorted. This young lady deserves acknowledgement in front of her colleagues. Thank you so much. I will never forget the way you made me feel with your great attitude.
