Worst Management team at Inverdoorn
This is specifically rated on Inverdoorn which is part of the Aquila Game Reserve. We had the most appalling experience over there and have raised our concerns multiple times. Inverdoorn digi manager keeps blocking us and deleting our comments. The management team were terrible - they gave us sides of meat dishes as vegetarian dishes. Not even an apology.

Negligence
CCD Couriers, called me to arrange a delivery of my istore card which is a subsidiary of Standard bank. As proof of address, the only thing mentioned on the phone was to not bring my standard bank statement as it doesnt work being a subsidiary of standard bank. Their attitude upon arrival was terrible, I was being blamed for information they didnt provide me with. The driver had no patience as he was too scared of his manager, to the point I had to speak with the manager and make alternate arrangements. Upon scanning documents that was considered appropriate to the company, i received no feedback if it was fine or not.
