Shocking and Disgusting service

Guys stay the hell away from these people. Their affiliate rental company are just as terrible. Shocking customer service and gross unreliability. Thanks to AVIS making me a priority and having good systems in place. No car to rent, no refund.

No payment outstanding, account suspended

I have no outstanding invoices to pay with Gridhost, however, my services were suspended. To make matters worse, I have duplicate domain name. Their system states that if you send proof of payment to their terrible ********** my services will be restored but after I topped up my account via their PayFast service which clears funds immediately, my services were still not restored/reactivated. PLEASE listen to me when I say these guys don't know what customer service is. If you want to destroy your business, Gridhost is one sure method to achieve just that.
