I post on a Facebook page Secunda bekkies bidding battles for a guy to contact me and Amanda Harrison has the audacity to send me an unsolicited spam message on WhatsApp. When I asked where she got my number she did not respond. See attached screenshot.
First I go to ABSA last week to give my brother signing rights to my brother for when I work overseas and was given 2 Affidavid to Confirm Address forms that my wife can sign and bring in. So I done this and went back to ABSA with the forms signed by my wife and when I got there with my brother was told that she has to sign in their presence so got given more forms. Yesterday went with just my wife to the bank to sign in front of them and they said I should come back with my brother as well. Today I went to the bank with my wife and brother and was then told that the two forms would not be acceptable as I need another form of proof of residential address. I showed the consultant my other accounts that are emailed to me on my phone and she said its unacceptable as they just show my first name and surname, not my full name as is on my ID card. I have cancelled most my accounts because I will be flying on the 10th of February so will have no other statements coming to me that I can get them to change my names to my full names. Is there anyone in ABSA who can help me or do I need to close all my ABSA accounts?
How do I cancel your service. I get debited but do not need your service. I need a way to cancel it and there is nothing online.
I have cancelled my cover as I'm immigrating effective as of 12 February 2018. I paid my January premium at the end of December 2017. Today I get an SMS from Tracker that they going to debit my account as my insurer did not pay them for January 2018 premium. First I called Dial-Direct and the lady who answered assured me they paid. Then I phoned Tracker and they said they did not receive a payment. I then recalled Dial-Direct and then they came with all stories about my contract with Tracker expired and they don't work with tracker anymore. I told them they have two options. Either they pay tracker from the premium that I already paid at the end of December 2017 for January 2018 or they reimburse me for the amount that will be debited from my account. The consultant kept speaking with his supervisor and promised to get back to me. Still not a word from Dial-Direct. Please do not support this absolute useless service of a company.
Quick response amending to my policy for emigration till I have settled and can move my policy.
