Bad service
Worst customer service !!! They just have no service at all. I am glad I cancelled the service, now I am waiting for a refund which is taking forever.

Great service
I visited the Mitchell’s Plain Prominade Shoe City for a Paxi package today. What a refreshing experience and service compared to PeP. Oh they can be so rude and annoying shame the PeP representatives. Thanks Shoe City Promenade Mall, I don’t think I’ll ever use Pep again as I always dread going in PeP especially at Khayelitsha Mall they are just rude
