Beware of this company. They can not provide where they sourced my contact from. Fishy activity from TS Consumer Insights.
Beware! I get a call from Blue Star Consultants who apparently got my number from a marketing database.. when I ask them which database they hang up. Very fishy behavior. Do not trust a company like this.
I keep getting calls from them for no reason.. apparently they got my number from "blue Label" a company that i have never dealt with before. With this type of information I would only imagine there is some sort of **** happening here please be aware of MiWay Insurance. The callers name was Chester.
I ordered an item that was returned becuase it can not be shipped apparently. (that's another story) After waiting a few days I asked if I would receive an Email confirming the refund. I was instructed that “If you didn't receive refund within next 72 hours please contact us again” but nothing happened. After waiting 72 Hours as instructed, I told them that I still haven’t received an email or any feedback from amazon. I was then told ” You will see the funds reflect on your statement in the next 3-5 business days” I was also told that I will receive an email once processed. Which takes “Anytime between 12 and 24 hours” as quoted . After waiting 24 hours still no email or anything. Now it is becoming a pattern whereby I’m being told to wait and nothing happens. They for the “False Information”. they apologized and said that the refund is issued “this will be reflecting in your account within 3-5 business days” as stated once more. They also assured me that I will receive an email within 4 hours. I then was very sad not to have received anything after the 4 hours again. After asking for senior management I was just told that I need to wait another 3-5 business days. Now I feel like I am stuck in this pattern. So I then spoke to a operator to see if he can help my issue. He replied stating that the “replacment order was supposed to be returned” (your system did not pick up that it was returned to you). I called DHL to confirm that the order had actually been back at amazon since the 3rd of November. He noticed this and then handed me over to his supervisor to help me. He stated “our Investigation team, will investigate into this,revert back to you within next 2-4 business days”. He assured he would contact me. I then asked to confirm if he can contact me via email. And he confirmed that he would contact me via email within 2-4 business days regarding the issue. I still have not even heard from anyone after the the maximum of 4 days as requested. I was then told on the morning of the 22nd November that they would email me within 1-2 days I am still waiting now. There is no where to complain or anyone who will help me.
