Unprofessional conduct and violation of rights
My son fell and broke his arm while playing at school. It was a closed fracture, no bleeding, radial pulse present, able to move digits but minimally. An ambulance was called for him. On the arrival at Royal school in Alberton the paramedics asked where the patient was to be transported to I told them to Netcare Sunward park hospital and they had no problem. I drove in my car to Sunward Park. On route I was called by dispatch who was exceptionally rude who said the patient was taken to Netcare Alberton and did not explain why that was. I asked him why because we use Netcare Sunward Park, my son's paediatrician is there, we have used their Emergency room before and it is closer to our home, he said in a rude manner because it's closest. His name is Tumelo, he is a dispatcher for ER24 Ekurhuleni south/Johannesburg and was on duty on the 15/04/2025.He is incredibly rude, disregarding , demeaning and disrespectful. He completely disregarded my right to choose which healthcare provider I want to use and without my consent re-routed my child to where I did not want him to go. His professional conduct is truly unacceptable. I will never use ER 24 ambulances ever again, no regard or respect for their consumers.

Humiliation in front of fellow customers
Went to the chris hani crossing fnb branch and was hugely humiliated in front of fellow customers because I had no idea that deposits for R210.86 were also made at the atm. I asked at the help desk were to go if I want to deposit R210.86, the lady showed me the way inside the bank. After waiting 45 minutes in the que,teller Mr Thabethe tells me i must go outside, tried to explain i was depositing an amount with cents he totally chopped me telling me how i am disrespecting him because its December and its the 16 days of activism period and that i was giving him attitude just because I was wearing blue and white formals he assumed I was a nurse. I left the bank running with customers laughing like crazy of the humiliation....wow...thanks Mr Thabethe...i am also a public servant but you will never ever hear me judging or discriminating people just because I don't agree with their views.. May God almighty humble you this Christmas.. I hope all your wishes and dreams turn to real life nightmares...To Fnb bank you should screen your staff better..BATHO PELE PRINCIPLES...I am just glad I am banking with Capitec bank, very efficient and the staff are human and professional. Ended up paying extra money...Thanks for taking food right out of my baby's mouth. His mother works very hard until elbows and knees are bruised only to be abused because i am not a man.
