They threatened me by saying that they will wash out my dirty laundry in public if I do not withdraw my claim. A year and a half further and still busy with it....
It has been almost a MONTH now since I sent in my Samsung S8+ for repairs at Century City Smart Care center. I am utterly disappointed since I paid allot of money for the phone and I expect quality after market customer service with it. They promised 3-5 working days - then they said that there was an slight delay - it's been 27 days now and NO one is helping me. I have already emailed ********** 5 days ago and a senior service executive was supposed to get in contact with me - no one phoned. The Worst of all is that EVERYONE on the internet is complaining about the Century City Smart Care Center - I will also send in a complaint to Samsung's International Customer service center explaining my disappointment with the Samsung SA division and how allot of other South-Africans are left dissatisfied with your service. Samsung you have really left a bitter taste in my mouth....
