Worst service ever
This company refused to pay my Provident fund, it's been more than 2 years now even after PFA approved it. I am very heartbroken, and I cannot express my feelings here. No communication, not timeline , just silence and benefiting by keeping my money

Best Service ever
I am going through financial difficulties and I hardly can afford to buy myself food. My salary only carter for rent, car and insurance, I have a 5 year old little girl. Yesterday the 25/11/2017 , I went to FNB in Braamfontein, to reverse a debit order of my car so that i will be able to buy food and clothes for my child's graduation. A guy named Leonard assisted me. he took his time to understand my situation, he directed me and advised me not to reverse the debit order and not take a temp loan as its affecting my scoring account and I agree with him as I no longer qualify for anything not even account at shops. He advised me to take a personal loan to cover the important things I need to do and if I want I can pay it off anytime, I can. I felt relieved, care and the attitude he gave me to be able to help me. God bless you Leonard. I wish you well and wish every FNB branch could have someone like you. You saved me and my child and for that THANK YOU.
