I canceled a short time after ordering as the delivery date changed drastically after payment was made, no order number came through and I knew that they were going to miss the deadline (+10 working days that I had provisioned for on my end). Canceled order in JAN 2022. It is now Mid-APRIL. Have spent hours on the phone and emails trying to get a refund. No one ever answers phones or emails. They refuse to give me my refund, they have "processed the refund over 4 times" and then 5-7 working days, never is in my bank account. Lies and there is always an excuse. This company should be closed down.
I have moved many times in my life, this was the most efficient, professional and ON TIME (an hour early & 1 day early in fact) service I have ever ever received. Yolande in the JHB office worked late into nights through COVID Lock down to assist us, and she made anything possible. the most amazing thing i thought was the clear lines of communication from the amazing Driver, who updated me constantly through the move. We did a 3 bedrooms house move out in 2 hours flat and move in in 2 hours flat. Would trust these guys with anything and wish I had selected a FULL move (with packing) with them if they were this reliable. Thank you to JHB Movers to making the "2nd most stressful thing in life" not a stress at all.
Wow! How horrid! Arrived 7 mins late for an appointment, after calling to say that I needed directions and I was told that “it’s 10 mins past” and told in such a rude attitude that there next client were shortly arriving, implying that the salon couldn’t take us. I then phoned (as I was in the toilet) to gain a better understanding of the situation & told the salon that they had “****ed off my business partner” I was told that I was swearing at an old lady. Hung up on. I then phoned back and asked to have the owners/managers details; name and email address and was told NO & Hung up on, again. Treated like a criminal at this salon, ended up leaving the shopping center in tears. What an awful experience. I feel terrible for international people who have gone there. So not proudly South African service. Rude people shouldn’t be in the service industry. I don’t pay you to be rude at me, I pay you to make me feel beautiful. I’m actually shocked!
