Death threats
Disgusting service and after I sent a complaint I got vague threats very odd from a garden centre...also after my complaint email, I got weird phone calls....lol, dunno how a Google complaint turned into death threats🙈

Uber eats theft
Disgusting service from customer support. Driver stole my order and looked me in the face, said he didn't know anything about an order and drove off with my delivery. Immediately reported it to uber eats and they have refused to give me a refund, claiming he had waited for me. Also untrue as I was immediately at the door even he arrived. Basically this is theft both from the driver and Uber Eats. Utterly disgusting

Uber theft
I ordered an Uber on Wed night, which was cancelled. The pick up and drop off was 5 minutes apart. The total fare would have been R26. They charged me R643 which is totally ridiculous as firstly I was not in the ride and secondly the cancelation fare on a R26 can't be R643. I have asked for reimbur*****t which they are refusing, saying somehow its my fault for not realizing what the Uber was doing. I have proof of where I was at that time and sent it to them and they are still refusing. I will not get robbed for that amount because essentially that is what has happened here.

Stay away from Wash-A-Pleasure
I would actually give the service in this place a zero rating. Never in my life have I had such disgusting service. The woman that works there is unbelievably rude and when I went to go pick up my blanket and didn't have enough cash, she threw the bag at my feet and told me they didn't have enough space for MY stuff. In another incident my Mother went there and asked for something to be ironed for the next day, the same woman told my Mother she should do it herself! I would recommend that anyone in the area go to any other laundromat as this one seems to get away with anything just because they are close for people in Devils peak. Thoroughly appalled!
