Not surprised at the amount of bad reviews, if I could write this review with 0 stars, I would. Firstly, the customer service is atrocious. Mike is extremely arrogant, aggressive and quite frankly one the worst people I have had the displeasure of speaking with. Secondly, he leads you to believe you're getting a bigger truck, and then he purposefully sends a smaller vehicle, forcing you to pay for 2 or more loads or to leave your goods stranded. This then leads to his schedule being delayed, and the common excuse (judging by his reviews across all platforms) his phone died and therefore he could not phone you. He ignored all calls and messages, failed to give any kind of feedback, and once we were able to finally contact him, he swore at us, called us every name in the book and essentially blamed his lack of knowledge on running a successful business on us not booking properly. After hours of waiting his staff finally pitched up - we should've known based off our interaction with their employer the kind of service we would receive. The staff packed the extremely small, not-at-all-what-we-paid-for vehicle so half a*sed that only my big furniture fit, and after failing to **** me for a second load, I now need to make alternative arrangements for all my boxes to be moved. Unfortunately, after reaching out in a complex group looking for another company to assist with the move, I learnt that Mike has done this song and dance before. It is his norm to harras clients for payment, and once funds are received he vanishes or delivers extremely poor services. Please do not do business with this man, he is the lowest of them all.
One of their ACCOUNTS MANAGERS decided to meet with us to sell us a new phone system. In the meeting, we were promised all these amazing things such as: 1. No more bad lines. 2. Cell phone ext. so we needn't rush to the office/phone to answer a client. 3. Free CCTV Systems. 4. Better quality when phoning/receiving calls. And as you guessed, we have received none (0) of those. . I spent almost a whole month trying to get the bad line sorted and a whole extra month to get a wireless phone as they still haven't done the cellphone ext. We received 3 cameras for the CCTV System - just delivery, no installation despite promises made). You do not get a signed copy of your contract and should you request one, you wait longer than a week. . The list goes on and on.
