After sending my complaint the Manager then emails me and says i should please email him as he would like to ask me a few questions regarding the service and to award me a complimentary supper but he gives an email Address that no longer exists ! How pathetic after stating customer service is Key
WHEN MAKING MY BOOKING I SPOKE TO MOYO MANTOMBI I BOOKED A ROOM FOR MYSELF AND HUBBY SHE CONFIRMED ALL IS GOOD I HAD TO DO A PAYMENT AND SENT PROOF THEREOF WHICH I DID . WHEN I CHECKED IN I GAVE THEM PROOF OF PAYMENT AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE . THE NEXT MORNING WHEN WE WENT FOR BREAKFAST I WAS TOLD THE BREAKFAST IS ONLY FOR ONE PERSON AND I HAD TO PAY R 270 ODD RANDS FOR A BREAKFAST FOR MY HUBBY WHICH WAS NOT HALAAL AND WE NEVER ATE ANY MEAT OR COOKED FOOD !!! MONDAY I GET AN EMAIL STATING I DID NOT PAY FOR THE ACCOMODATION!! WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!!! I CALLED THE LADY AT RESERVATIONS SHE SAID SHE WENT OUT AND DID NOT CHECK HER EMAILS ! THE RECEPTION AND RESERVATION PEOPLE HONESTLY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING !!! IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY THOUGHT I WOULD ACTUALLY SPEND A NICE GETAWAY AT THIS HOTEL BUT IT WAS ACTUALLY DISAPPOINTING !!
I ORDERED ONLINE 6 SHAMPOOS AND ONLY ONE WAS DELIVERED!!! I THEN ORDERED ONLINE ONCE AGAIN MY ACCOUNT GOT DEBITED AND THE SYSTEM KEEP SAYING THEY CANNOT FIND PAYMENT!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE. ONE WOULD THINK THAT ONLINE SHOPPING IS SO MUCH EASIER AND CONVENIENT BUT NOT WITH TAKEALOT ITS MORE OF A HASSLE THAN ANYTHING ELSE AND PROBABLY A RIP OFF TO GET YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE GOODS
