Order number - 900037099 / Ref - 9000256393 Purchased a single base set online, received first delivery and it had damage and was sent back. Recieved the second bed set and it was also damaged and was sent back. To me it looks like reject bed sets are being sold off. Now I'm told to further inconvenience myself , get in my car and go to Russell with my bank statement, ID and fill in a document to get my refund in 7-14 days. When I purchased the goods the moneys were paid immediately.
I have been waiting for my couches since 09 July, my other goods have arrived, however my couches have not. I have contacted Mr price home numerous times to follow up and keep getting different stories as to where the couches are. I am unable to track the couches as I do not have a tracking number linked to the couches and have not been given one. I've been told they can't contact the warehouse and give me an estimated time of arrival as they don't have a warehouse number. I want to know when my couches are arriving.
Good Day All I erge that people in South Africa don't accept requests via WhatsApp / Instagram or Facebook around Bitcoin brokers , my wife and I were scammed and we lost R57000 towards so called Bitcoin Trading. Got in contact with Adam Pringle via Instagram , apparently he is a Bitcoin broker - Instagram handle - adam_p_trade / WhatsApp communication utilised - +1 (516) 388-5214. He originally asked us to invest $1000 to begin trading bitcoin , we deposit the money from Capitec Bank to Luno application , from Luno Application I bought Bitcoins for the $1000 , after purchasing the bitcoin he gave his unique code to transfer the funds to his Luno application wallet. We were able to view our trades progressing via their website www.stockacess.com and this was a weekly trade being performed. Week can to a end and we were asked to pay an additional amount of $1400 to upgrade which would benefit towards a larger payout , then when we hubwere expecting the payout , we were told that the PIP was damaged and that we should pay an additional amount of $650 , this amount was paid as well and now we garenteed the payout , wasn't 1 day and we were told now that we need to pay an additional $650 for IRS fees because the fund are being audited , we paid the cash. Adam convinced me that this was the last / final amount and nothing further required. Now in the begin of the trading Adam mentioned that his fees for trading are 25% of the total payout , but not to worry this can be deducted once we get our funds and we can pay his portion back to him through bitcoins. Yesterday that story changed , he mentioned that the company has changed this rule because their clients aren't sticking to their side of the deal and never pay Stockacess their percentage , now we my pay the 25% up front before the ROI can be released , this is where I put my foot down and said to Adam , this was not what we agreed upon , he mentioned pay this amount or forfit everything.
Good Day Hello Peter I have had the worst customer satisfaction from Marlboro - Lisa Bank. I purchased a vehicle cash from their branch , I was not informed or made aware that the vehicle has been involved in a serious accident and that nearly every panel had been re-sprayed. The vehicle has a serious oil leak on the main cam which requires the whole engine needs to be dropped for a replacement of the oil seal. Vehicle has been spluttering endlessly and one can utilize the vehicle at all as it jerks continuosly. I went through to the Fourways branch which is closer to my house than the Marlboro branch , spoke to Bart and larged my complaint. Bart said that he will re-evalute the vehicle for a possible trade-in. I purchased the vehicle for R50000 and paid R3000 for admin and a chip. After the vehicle was re-evaluted , they offered my R35000 , R15000 less than I purchased the vehicle less than 2 months back. Bart mentioned that they can trace the vehicle in for R35000 and that I should pay in the difference for a more reliable vehicle. I took the vehicle to the Marlboro - Lisa Bank branch and spoke to Allan my Sales person which sold me the vehicle , he was not really helpful in trying to resolve or listen to me concerns and seemed to be ignore me whilst waiting at the branch. Allan asked me to drop him a email and that he will look into the issue. Up to now Allan has not contacted me or emailed me around my complaint. I have now logged a complaint with the Motor Obudsman , first complaint was closed by the Motor Obudsman as I requested my money to be refunded back for the purchase - R50000 + R3000 admin and chip and roadworthy and licensing. I opened a second complaint with the Motor Obudsman asking for the Lisa Bank to find a vehicle of the same value and we could do a swop deal and include the admin fee + chip and take care of roadworthy and licensing at their cost. No feedback from Lisa Bank or the Motor Obudsman. Shocking customer satisfaction , they quick to make the sale , no after sale support at all. Regards Andrew
