Was almost scammed by www.container-king.co.za "container-king" (The legit company is www.containerking.co.za. the SCAMMED website www.container-king.co.za "container-king" with sales person David used both emails sales @ container-king.co.za and sales.containerking @ gmail.com and they uses the legit company www.containerking.co.za LOGO etc on the invoices.
Dear CEO Shameel Joosub, Please take note and be aware of how the service of Vodacom employees frustrate the public/businesses. We are trying to establish how two upgrades were done on our Vodacom BUSINESS account, since the two shareholders of the business are not aware of signing the documentation or signed the required Business letter head. We are aware how firm Vodacom’s rules and procedures are with Vodacom BUSINESS Accounts – thus we are in urgent need of the upgrade documentation. For BUSINESS account upgrades - all shareholders need to signed the documentation and provide a signed Business Letter. We first approached the Vodacom shop (where the upgrades were done) for assistance on 24 July – but was referred to a Vodacom warehouse consultant - Sibongile Shabangu. Even if I phone Vodacom Business – they just point me to this one warehouse consultant. If I phone her she promise to look into it asap within 15 minutes from the phone call on 13 August, but we emailed her 4 times already over 3 weeks – and she never-never responds. This type of behaviour of Vodacom staff should be address to avoid dissatisfaction from clients. If the staff member can at least provide feedback on the progress, it will be a positive start. We require the following paper trail on these two upgrades: • Upgrade documentation – with the signatures • Signed Business Letterhead • ID’s provided for these upgrades I trust you as the leader of Vodacom will do the right thing – by taking note of the Vodacom staff behaviour and send this Urgent request for the documentation to a reliable or senior Vodacom employee that enjoys giving awesome service to customers - to resolve our case/account. I was told by the call center agent at 12:28pm (2018/02/01) that OUR BUSINESS entered a new 24 month contract because we upgraded our internet speed from 4mbps to 10mbps in December 2017. Just because we upgraded our internet speed TELKOM just 1) Without informing us that the client started a NEW 24 month contract (we were month to month) 2) Never disclose the fact that a NEW 24 month contract will start with the 4mbps to 10bmps internet upgrade 3) And TELKOM just implement this new 24 month contract on ALL the LAND Lines, Switch board, Rentals and Internet. Please provide us with the 1) true condition (24 months or month to month) of our BUSINESS account. 2) Provide us with the proof that TELKOM did disclosed this FACT that with the upgrade a new 24 MONTH CONTRACT will start. Currently you switch us over to a NEW 24 month contract - without the consent of the customer. First we struggled for 2 MONTHS after numerous and frustrating attempts to just upgrade our speed of our internet - so that we can do business - the next thing we are in a NEW FIXED 24 month contract (Landines/Switchboard/Rental/Internet etc). This is unethical behaviour by Telkom. We want our account to be MONTH TO MONTH. PS: Please train the staff at TELKOM Business to assist the client from start to finish. They are just operating as a Switchboard. You need to improve your client service to Business Customers to KEEP YOUR CLIENTS.
This is my 3rd HelloPeter to get your attention. The word DISAPPOINTED does not even sum up our experience with Telkom. If the PUBLIC read this - seek other providers for your business needs - you will just be DISAPPOINTED with TELKOM. My next step is to report you to the communication ombudsman.
On 2017/10/24 Telkom Business was instructed to change the Internet speed from 4mbps to 10mbps. (REF AI ********** ). By 2017/11/22 nothing was done - and I phoned and I received feedback via the Telkom Business Call center that they will do it within 7 business days and they issue me with a NEW ref nr (REF AI ********** ) and I was promised that they will phone me and keep me up to date. On 2017/11/29 I phoned Telkom Business Call center and I was told that it was scheduled according to the system that Telkom will phone the same day.... . On 2017/12/05 I phoned - still in status "Progress". Today 2017/12/07 NOTHING is upgraded after 44 DAYS ....TELKOM BUSINESS can not support our business!

Still no feedback and NOTHING is upgraded after 38 DAYS .... We truly believe TELKOM BUSINESS is being operated out of a garage in the deep jungle!... How else do you explain this. Telkom shows no respect for it's client! Big promised by many call center agents - but NO Delivery!
