I have called 5 times in the past 3 days after I received the first message 3 days ago to say failed delivery driver called to conform address and told me my things will be delivered the next day on that day called to confirm my address, Tuesday also asked 2 different agents for a manager call back ,never received that again today I received a message saying failed delivery after confirming on 3 different calls my address 3rd time they send me a email to say I must confirm via email why after 3 days of failed service and failed promises im going to be posting this horrible experience with a company that cant hold on there word and fails to follow up on there promises no one takes responsibility and no one seems to care
Signed up with moimooi for a 4 year membership there are never bookings available and when you do get booking there quality of there massages and other treatments are poor the people that does there massages has no experience there are always a change off staff people never work there long ,when the package started the massages were 60min it is now 45 min but they only do 30 min , I made a couple booking a few times and something always goes wrong 1st they never had massage oil how do you book in advance but they don't have oil after that I booked in advance when I arrived they said there is no space I must wait another 1 and a half hours ....the people that assist you are not helpful I would not recommend this place to anyone.
hi On the 29 December 2017 i went shopping at your pnp store in canal walk ... and this is the second time this happen i bought 3 packs of "fresh chicken" all three packs expired the same day i never looked at the date in store ,but why should i ,i payed full price for the chicken i refuse to spend all that petrol money and parking fees and my time to go all the way back just to exchange chicken ...this is my second worst experience from that store its disgusting to sell off chicken to people your store should have there shelves checked i would like to know how is pick and pay going to resolve this issue why should i spend all the money and find time to go back just to replace 3 packets of chicken....terrible
